Fujitsu Semiconductor (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. announced the launch of the latest support PWM dimming LED driver chip MB39C602 series. The series chip is the latest development of Fujitsu Semiconductor LED driver chip series, launched before the MB39C602 the MB39C601 LED driver chips can support AC / DC SCR dimming.

MB39C602 Series Flyback topology with active PFC support PWM dimming, switching time or opening adjustable frequency output constant current or constant voltage mode support. The LED driver chip with high power factor (> 0.9), high efficiency (> 85%), and low EMI features, support full voltage (AC 85 ~ 265V input), the maximum power of 50W (200V input case).

The MB39C602 series chip SOP-8 package, 3.9mm x 5.05mm × 1.75mm (pin pitch 1.27mm). The chip is suitable for general lighting applications, including LED bulb, LED lamp, LED spotlights, LED lamps, LED ceiling lamps.
