Toyoda Gosei LED business significant increase in Q2 consolidated revenue up 61%

July 31, Toyoda Gosei (Toyota Gosei) announced 2012 first quarter (April-June) earnings, consolidated revenue by 61.0 percent to 151.137 billion yen over the same period in 2011, the combined surplus benefits since last year's loss¥ 4.5 billion, a surplus of 11.887 billion yen, consolidated net benefits from a loss of 3.5 billion yen the same period last year to a surplus of 6.51 billion yen.

Toyoda Gosei, said the revenue increase was due to contain significant increase of photoelectric business sectors of LED chips, LED light bulbs and other LED related products and automotive components sector sales driven.
